Terms & Conditions for Cloud Service Provider (CSP)
Empanelment under IndiaAI Mission
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before proceeding.
By accepting, the applicant Cloud Service Provider (CSP) agrees to abide by all the
guidelines mentioned below:

It is declared that the CSP has not been under a declaration of ineligibility for
corrupt or fraudulent practices and is not blacklisted by any State Govt. / Central
Govt. / Board, Corporations and Government Societies / PSU for any reason during the
period of empanelment with IndiaAI to till date.

There has been no materiel change in the Legal status of the CSP as either of company
incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 1956 or 2013 OR LLP Act 2008/ Partnership
Act, 1932. OR A partnership firm registered under Indian LLP act 2008. As an extension
to aforesaid, Valid Certificate of Incorporation / Memorandum of Association (MoA) /
Article of Association (AoA), GST registration certificate, PAN stands valid on this
date.

The cloud platform operational has valid ISO 27001 : 2022 / 27001:2013, ISO
20000-1:2018, ISO 27017:2015, ISO 27018:2019, TIA-942/ UPTIME (Tier III or higher)
certifications, and their amendments.

In the case of a MeitY GI Cloud empanelled CSP, the empanelment certificate must be
valid both at the time of submission of the GPU empanelment request and throughout the
entire duration of the empanelment.

All AI compute services submitted for empanelment shall be
delivered from an already operational Data Center in India with NoC & SoC.

The CSP has maintained average minimum annual turnover of 20 Cr. from the cloud/data
center operations business during the last 3 years.

The AI compute units shall be enabled for real time display through required API
integration on the admin dashboard together with in the already empanelled ones within
30 Days of empanelment, together with integration with NoC & SoC for monitoring.

It is understood that mere submission of the request for empanelment of AI compute
services shall not be construed to be binding on IndiaAI and that IndiaAI can & shall
seek documentary evidences, over and above those submitted for adjudging the various
criteria stipulated.

The categories of services under Network Services, Storage Services, AI platform and
other services, shall be extended to the newly proposed AI compute units before these
are made operational/available to IndiaAI, at the same rates (including applicable
discounts) concurred during the latest round of RFE, or price discovery.

The AI compute units submitted are a part of compute cluster with peer to-peer
connectivity enabled for multi-instance workload execution requiring direct access &
transfer of data from another AI Compute unit’s memory without involving the CPU or
system memory. The peer-to-peer connectivity is not restricted to submitted AI compute
instance, and encompasses already provisioned AI compute units.

CSP agrees to all the terms of service stipulated in RFE for 4th continuous empanelment
and subsequent changes advertised through Corrigendum.
- The CSP agrees that if any information furnished is found to be incorrect,
misleading, or false at any stage, IndiaAI reserves the right to take appropriate
action, including, but not limited to, cancellation of empanelment, forfeiture of the
Bank Guarantee, and blacklisting from future empanelment processes.
